Karen is a highly experienced paediatric dietitian and therapist with over 20 years of clinical practice supporting children and families.
Karen holds a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology, bringing a unique and integrated perspective to her work. Her practice focuses on both the nutritional and emotional well-being of infants, children, and their caregivers, recognizing that feeding is never just about food.
Karen's clinical background includes extensive experience in hospital and community settings, including paediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and post-hospital discharge.
Karen offers compassionate, collaborative care that meets families where they are to support their nutritional goals.
